Shorna and Mike were the lucky winners of my wedding photography offer where we halved the rate for wedding photography and gave the remaining money away. The money went to one of my daughters school friends who needed to raise money to have an operation which unfortunately wasn’t funded by the NHS.
Shorna, Mike and all their guests were the most fun, laid back down to earth people. We really did fit into their day. On occasion guests actually said to us, its like youre just one of their friends but taking photos. Thats exactly how I like to fit in at weddings. It really enables us to get the best out of the day.
Priory cottages is out near Wetherby. I have photographed weddings at Priory cottages on numerous occasions and really do like the diversity that the venue offers. Despite being based in Wakefield, and exhibiting at the popular Wakefield wedding venues, its always nice to drift every now and then to other venues. Priory cottages is certainly one of those venues.
The day was an absolute scorcher!! We got a few Bride and Groom photos in earlier in the day, but also used golden hour to create even more Bride and Groom images.
